I'm sorry to see that the latest RE title for the PS2 is a disappointment, and I thank for you for playing it first so that I don't have to. ;)

I was never a big fan of the RE control scheme. What did they do to it this time, exactly?

I have yet to buy a network adaptor for my PS2, and it looks like I never will at this rate. :eyeroll:

Do you mean that it controls the same way as Devil May Cry when you use the analog stick? If so, I would consider that to be a huge improvement. :thumb:

well aren't all the resident evil games plagued with sluggish and sloppy control? You get used to it pretty quick though. At least i always did. Tell us what you think after you've played it a bit more.

As for the inventory and lack of stuff, thats not a big deal once you start playing in hard mode, or make yourself only use a knife. (when your sick you get board)

I like the sound of the infection gauge, and if you got bit by somebody like really bit like they where trying to eat you, you'd be limping around pretty good too. Your jaws can put quite a bit of pressure on something.

As for the non dieing for good thing thats more realistic too, (as far as zombies go) the only way they should stay down permanently is if you blow their brains off, or .....just head off their shoulders works wonders lol love shot guns and magnums. anyway... sounds like they did alot of good stuff in this game, again id like to hear hat you think of it after you play it a while more. sounds like its made more for the hardcore fans who like barely surviveing.

Thanks for forwarning me...I wasn't planning on buying a PS2 Network Adapter anytime soon. There just have been a shortage of games on it appealing with the exception of RE Outbreak or was before. I heard the same thing from a friend -- here's hoping that RE 4 on Gamecube fairs so much better.
