Alright... I got Lunar 2 last week used but it did not come with the soundtrack, my friends copy that she also got used, did, we paid the same exact price, I guess my question is, would it be legal for me to burn a copy of her CD since mine didn't come with one?

If it is exactly the same one then I see no problem with it . . . but there are many different isues of Lunar 2 for PS and the one you got may be different from the one she got. Then that may be bad. I know mine came with it so I don't know which issues you all got . . .

Well apprently the person that sold the copy that I got didn't sell the box or anything else besides the 3 game discs and the "Making of" Disc. I think all Lunar 2's when they were sold new had the soundtrack..

That's the same one I have, Belldandy. Working Designs really knows how to put out special box-sets. The little napkin map in Lunar SSSC was a tad lame, but the hardcover manual and soundtrack really made up for it. And the omake box that came with Lunar 2 was just great. The Arc the Lad special box edition was also very cool.
Vyse, it's really hard to say if that'd be 100% legal or not. She got a used box-set version but the soundtrack wasn't in it?
On a slightly separate note, I know for a fact that the Lunar 2 soundtrack has no anti-copy stuff on it - I made myself a back-up copy. I didn't want to be toting around the original - instead, it's safe in its case while the copy is currently in my cd player. (How weird - I was listening to it this morning on the way to work.

The Lunar 2 she got was complete with the soundtrack and everything, mine only had the 3 game discs and the "Making of" disc, it didn't even have a case.

There wasn't, I was calling several Game Stops over the weeks before I brought it and no one ever had the complete box plus the extras, I even had to go 30 minutes out of my way just to get the game itself.
