I hardly think Final Fantasy 7 should be the only game turned into a movie. So what if they made a Final Fantasy 6 anime? Who would you want to do the voices? Here's who I'd pick:
Terra: Allisa Lohman (Nausicaa)
Locke: Steve Blum
Shadow: Johnny Yong Bosch
Kefka: Dave Wittenberg (Sesshomaru)
Sabin: Triple H
Edgar: Kirby Morrow (Miroku in Inuyasha)
Leo: Crispin Freeman
Celes: Willow Johnson (Kikyo in Inuyasha)
Moogle: Mona Marshall (Plu in Rave Master)
Gau: ? (you tell me)
Relm: whoever does Sakura in Naruto
Stragos and Banon: whoever does Kagome's grandpa
Setzer: the guy who does the Toad Sage in Naruto
Gogo: ? (also your choice)
Gestahl: Paul Dobson (Naraku in Inuyasha)
Cyan: Jonathan Frakes

I'd pick Brendan Fraser for him. (Think Encino Man/George of the Jungle. )

I will say this once, and ONLY once...

NO!

Heck, I'm going to say it a few more times
NO NO NO NO NO NO!

NO MOVIE FOR FINAL FANTASY 6. NONE. NADA. Final Fantasy 7 was overdone as it is. I don't want Final Fantasy 6 to be overdone and ruined with retarded voices. JUST NO. Final Fantasy 6 does NOT need to be butchered with some extra retarded plotline like some sort of retarded Geostigma or whatever retarded things could think of.

JUST NO. Final Fantasy 6 is a masterpeice. WE DON'T NEED NEW THINGS! That will just decrease what Final Fantasy 6 is. WE DO NOT NEED some cheesy storyline that's FULL OF PLOTHOLES with flashy animation attempting to compensate for it's poorly made plot. And 2 hours is NOT enough time to develop 14 characters. Oh wait, of COURSE IT ISN'T! It's not even enough to develop like FIVE characters. (Advent Children anyone? A totally crappy movie which the only good thing was the animation) Plus like most of them would only appear for like 5 minutes (Like advent children) and have like only 1 liners (Like Red XIII in advent children)

Oh and side note.

Impossible. Gogo has only 1 line in FF6, and that's when you first meet him. He/she wouldn't have a voice actor anyway, as Gogo wouldn't say anything.

I'd much rather see Square-Enix get some talented, CREATIVE people to just create a whole new story in the FF world than basing it off one game. Just seems like like it make more sense (as long as it's better then FFU).

I'd love to see FF6 taken almost verbatim and translated into an anime series. Not a movie sequal, more like "Last Order" but the entire game... And for that, they'd have to have Japanese voices, and I'm not all that up on Seiyuu, so...

Hm, some people seem to care a great deal about this. Though I think that any Final Fantasy movie is almost guaranteed to be a way of milking the series with no serious plot and little cinematic value, I also don't particularly idolize the original games. It was somewhat interesting to see the characters again in Advent Children, and it doesn't bother me greatly.

All of that having been said, I'm not sure what I think about a theoretical FFVI movie and I certainly don't have opinions about voice actors. If it was created I'd probably see it.

Given the general and commercial success of Advent Children, however, I think that it is very likely that further films made based on the series will be made. What I would be more interested in would be a film based on FFX. They've already made an X-2, so it isn't as if they're polluting something pure and uncommercial. To be honest, I've toyed with this concept more than a bit. I think it should be possible to have make a Final Fantasy film that doesn't have a contrived storyline, is a good film in its own right, but still appeals to hardcore fans.
