Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil is ok... i found myself wanting to skip the cutscenes, not caring what happened to the characters, and not getting into the plot... but the actual gameplay was fun:)

The Bouncer? The fighting was very simplistic, the storyline was unoriginal, cliche characters, and the only thing it had going for it was it's awesome graphics and the Squaresoft name. It was so darn short too it took me two and a half hours to beat it and that's counting the cinematics. It was more like an interactive movie then a game.

The Fatal Frame games are lovely, especially the second one, I heard somewhere there was going to be a movie made....not too sure if this is true or not. La Pucelle Tactics and Disgaea or both little gems for the strategy loving crowd out there and Guilty Gear X2 was the most fun I've had with a 2D fighter in quite some time. I also suggest Maximo Army of Zen, pure-platforming fun.

Volt wrote:Lay-off The Bouncer. It was on the top of the charts for 3 months. The bouncer was an awsome game for it's time and compared to A LOT of other games, the bouncer OWNS.
The graphics of course, The vioce acting, the characters, the replay value and Multiplayer features, not to mension the pressure sensetive buttons, and also the RPG elements.
IT"S SHORT BECAUSE -> on the back of the Box it says "CINEMATIC GAME", The thing's a 2 hour movie, A lot of money went into it. Not all games have to be 50+ hours.
The bargain bin Spec Ops series was on the PS1 charts for ages, and it was the worst series of games on that system EVER.
I'm not saying The Bouncer was crap but it deffinetly doesn't win any awards in my book. It was far from bad but Squaresoft could of done much better especially with all the hype it got.
It was a Squaresoft cash cow plain and simple. It was the first game they made for the system and they wanted to show off what they could do with it.

yes, 1 and 4 are good choices, though I found drangon quarter to be pretty hard. I am also wanting to play beyond good and evil I heard a lot of good stuff about that game.

You say that like that's a
bad thing!
Bouncer was ok. It's worth playing more than once because it keeps getting harder, and you get new techniques and it challenges you more and more... I mean, my friend was upset by the length until he replaed it a few times, and got to the point where he wasn't able to beat it right away.

Ohh I love that game!!! It had a very original premise, cool graphics, awesome music, and was just plain fun! Actually they had a Jet Grind Radio sequel on Xbox.
