Final Fantasy XI

Well, it looks like my elusive FFXI has finally arrived. I had a good scan through the license agreement and it appears that there is nothing in there about playing from another country. The only thing that comes close is providing a false address... but I think I can get past that, because I can register it under my dad's address

Unfortunately I'll have to get a credit card before I start, but that's no big deal. Looks like a sweet game anyway. It sure does come on a lot of CDs though.. O_O

Seriously, I hope you like FFXI and please tell us what the gameâ€™s like. O'yeah, get alot of coffee, 'cause the install is really really long including the patch downloads from what I hear.

the cost is only 5.80 for me, per a month, with a 44 cent cost per an extra character.. tetra master is still 1 dollar.. but I lothed the game in the other FF's, so not gonna even bother registering for it. I am on the Pheonix server, and I have enough for a world pass. So if people were interested, I could get 5 people over to join me. ^.^ It's cheaper then other MMOs, which is really cool imho, and lemme just say.. the game ROCKS!!!! hehe there is a lot to do, and everyone is very friendly, which is much better then in other games I've been in. Anyways.. there's my 2 cents.. hope it helps with some decisions.

Of course it comes on a lot of CD's... On the PS2, it's a Full DVD's worth. I will get it primarily because it comes for free with the HD, and I"m getting the HD in hopes that new DDRs and new RPG Makers will take advantage of it. (also, it would be nice for RPG maker to share online via the network, but that may be too much to ask.)

MMORPGs take way too much time... I barely have time to play REGULAR video games.

I really should get that taken care of... When I do get it though I'd be interested in joining up with some people on here if I could get a world pass. ^.^ We'll see what happens.
