Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney!

Wow, this game completely took me by surprised. This is a great game for anyone who misses the old test-based adventure games... or for that matter doesn't mind reading.

And yes, this is a lawyer game....yawn or laugh if you must, but hear me out. This is a very memorable game, which can be gripping at times and laugh-out loud funny at other times. All this is thanks to the games excellent localization, which, I salute who ever took the extra time to do so.

So, has anyone here played it or at the very least heard about it?

Dude this is out? Sweet! I've been waiting for it. It looks like it has some really cool stuff and great diologue and is a really unique play, plus it's anime based, how can you go wrong? I think Trauma Center just came out too. Gee, I've got some buying to do!

You know what would be a great addition to this game? An unlockable scenario where Phoenix Wright takes on Jack Thompson.

Sorry for digging this thread up, but I love to play Phoenix Wright games. Anyone else anticipating for the release of the the third game?
Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations. I know I can't wait for it! Anyone have any questions, I'll be glad to answer them to the best of my ability. But please only ask questions for the first two games only!

I've been really interested in this game. And the only thing keeping me back are two concerns:

How much language is in the game?

And are there any excessive blood scenes ect?

Well as far as language goes, you will see the word crap and maybe the d word. But not much more than that. Believe me they are fun games.
And about the blood. There is blood, but of course its animated. Just think of it as ketshep. And plus there isn't alot of blood, maybe on the weapons. But not too much more. Its not that bad, and you can believe me because Im a squeamish and I didn't shirk even once. If you like a good challenge then you should get it. And plus you are able to yell OBJECTION in the microphone which is really cool. And in Case 5 of the game you do use forensics to find blood, but it isn't that bad though. You should definately pick up this game. I don't care what reviews say, I give this game a 9 out of a 10. It would be perfect if they had actual voices. The only time you hear voices is when Phoenix is yelling OBJECTION, HOLD IT, or TAKE THAT. And of course all of the prosecuters yell OBJECTION as well in audio.

Thanks for the information animedude! I know of a game store that has it for sale for 10 dollars, so I'll look into buying it there.

Yeah, its been out a while so theres no wonder to why its that low. I personally love the game. Its for me what makes the DS a DS. Because otherwise I wouldn't have it. But there are other games that I do intend to get as well like Dragon Quest IX.
