Mario Party Miracle

Is anyone else familiar with the Miracle capsules in Mario Party 5? Recently I was playing with three other people when one of us received one. Its description read something like "Does nothing by itself, but what happens if you get three?" During the course of the game, we never were able to get three Miracle capsules, and I haven't seen a single one since that day.

If you know what these capsules do and/or if there are certain conditions that have to be met in order to receive them, please tell, 'cause it's driving me crazy with curiosity!

Cost: Nothing
It costs nothing, but it is such a good item that the chances of getting to use
it are very rare, as you need three. If you have three, you will steal all the
stars from the player in first place. If you are in first place when this
happens, the items will be wasted.
