Technically, he's my brother's friend, but we get along as well. He's lost 20 lbs. in the last six weeks, and the doctors and his parents have ruled out that it's not intentional. He has had stomach pains recently, but not to the point where they're unbearable. Doctors have also found a mass in his hip and he is starting to get bruises that aren't inflicted by force of any kind. They confirmed that he does not have leukemia, but that he might have lymphoma. He will be hospitalized for a few days to prepare his body for the MRI test, since he's lost so much weight in such a short period of time. This is my brother's best friend and my brother doesn't know how serious this is. My mom only told my brother that his friend was a having a few tests done. So pray for my brother's friend and that everything goes well. Also, pray for his family, as I know they are going through as much, if not more, pain than him.

Thanks, everyone. I don't know if this is considered grave digging, but I'm at the hospital right now. My brother and his friend are a room down from me in a game room. I'm in the computer room. C=
Our friend is in critical condition and now has a feeding tube down his throat, and doctors still don't know what's wrong with him. And yet his appointment to see a specialist is June 1st. He's lost 30+ pounds since I last posted here and he's depressed. Please keep praying for him and his family. And pray for my brother, also, since this is his best friend.

Thanks, guys. We're visiting him again this evening. He was thrilled when we visited him last night and he and my brother played video games the entire time.
