Need some prayer

Normally I've been asking prayer for medical reasons.
I would really like some prayer, support and some guidance on my emotional needs. While I am not ready to go into the story of my past, let me just say that I'm dealing with a lot of those things. I'm praying a lot more and I'm finding myself very very emotional. I have a hard time with emotions and trying to learn how to express them. I tend to be a bottle until it explodes.
I would like some prayer please as I am dealing with my emotions and trying to realize that God gave them to me, they aren't "bad" or "good" and I don't have to be afraid of them.
(Just a note: not asking anyone to be my therapist or anything, feel free to PM though if you have any scriptures or just would like to chat).
on a side note, they found a mass on my mom's spine. We don't know what it is or what it means and she has more tests to run. Please pray that whatever it is, she would soften herself to God, soften herself to the rest of her family and that God would heal, comfort and guide her and us.
God bless
Kuno
