Rain on your wedding day?

God has been so good to us when it came to planning our wedding, so I'm trusting Him that it won't rain, but when I look at the forecast it says rain. Please, please, pray that it doesn't rain. There's nothing worse than rain on your wedding day with an outdoor wedding.

Maybe you'll get that stormy look without the rain. That type of outdoor wedding makes for some really awesome wedding pictures.
(That happened with my aunt; the cloud coverage made the wedding really spectacular, and her pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous!)
Just trying to think of something positive.
I'll be praying over your big day, nevertheless.

Praying. Even if it does rain, I'm sure that things will work out wonderfully on your wedding day!

For me, I couldn't have a wedding outdoors, because of the time of the year and it will be snowing.
I hope that it will not rain for you, but most of the time for a wedding. Something is going to go wrong and just try to remember that and enjoy it the best as you cam, even if things do go wrong.
A wedding is just a one day event, marriage is a lifetime event.

It least we know the old Scottish myths aren't true ( that if it rains on your wedding day, you will have an unhappy marrige) But I can see how that would be troublesome. I'll be praying!!

Do you have something to fall back on if it does rain?

Kinda. The reception was supposed to be inside, but it's a very small area. It's also constructed oddly and I have no idea where chairs would go or where the bridal party could enter. I need to think fast though because the weather is still saying rain. :/

If it is not too cold, you could just have the wedding in the rain. Facebook or e-mail your guests and tell them to plan on getting wet. It would be cool and original and awesome that way.
