CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hi, everyone.

My brother's girlfriend is pregnant and due later this month (here, it's technically December by a few hours.) The child isn't his but he's adopted her as his own, and neither my brother or his girlfriend have been parents before. I can imagine it'll be a tough learning experience for them, among other things, and both my brother and his girlfriend are atheists.

Also, I really, really need some prayer and God's strength, direction, everything right now. Not that I don't other times, but today I handed in my resignation to my job where I wasn't treated very well. This was my first job, and I don't have a lead on to where I'll work next. It's discomforting.

I'll be praying for you and your brother and his family. I know how you feel in a way. I quit my first job in Feburary and so I've been out of work for awhile now. I'm so far behind on life. Lol.

My brother's girlfriend went past her due date, so she's being induced into labor tomorrow morning. Please pray that everything goes well and that both she and the baby will be healthy. Pray for no complications... ):

I'm doing great without that job now. It was just a terrible fit from the start. My stress levels have dropped incredibly, and it's wonderful to be able to spend more time with my family during this season (I had missed Thanksgiving totally because my family went out of town and I had to work.) So after the New Year's festivities calm down, I plan on applying for a new job. Please pray for me and my potential new job, so that God will guide me to a new job that I won't be miserable at.

I'd suggest a grocery store as your next job. I've been at mine for a while, and honestly, it's not so bad. You should at least try one and see how it goes.

Anyway, I have news about my brother's girlfriend- she was induced yesterday, but in short, she had to have a C-section at 6 AM this morning. Little Addy is healthy and her mom is stable in recovery.
As a side note, Addy's birthdate is 1/1/11 XD pretty cool!
