Hey guys. I just got news from my bff.. she's in the hospital. She had a 2 inch nail rammed up her foot. She was screaming in pain last I heard from her... I don't know if it was rusty or not. I'm scared for her... I couldnt stand it if I lost her. Because I love her. I scared right now.. I live so far away and I can't just go see her... it's a 2 1/2 hour drive to her house...

Oh wow! That sounds really painful! I'll definitely be praying! You shouldn't be too worried, though--I don't think that kind of injury is very life-threatening. Still, I hope she's okay!

The good news is that nails through feet usually aren't life-theatening, but I'll pray for a quick recovery. I've had that happen to me, and MAN was it painful!! (and I also had to have a tetanus shot! A nail through a foot AND a shot on the same day- I cried!)

Yep! Good news though. It wasn't rusty or anything. There goes a HUGE worry on my part. She'll be fine. and Thanks Atria. Thanks for praying guys. She'll make a quick recovery I'm sure. Thanks a lot guys.

Been there too. Not a pretty picture. Like Atria, I also had to have a tetanus shot. I normally can handle shots pretty well though.

If she got a tetanus shot, she should be fine.

She's doing better. It cut through the tendons towards the front of her foot. Went through some nerves too(hence the screaming in pain). Luckly it totally missed her bone. It was thin enough to have easily penitrated her bone. She got lucky. It ALMOST came out the other side too... >.> it wasn't pretty.

But the doctors are telling her to walk on it. She's doing better and will be fine in a weeks time.

Guess I'm a bit late here. (Stupid projects, taking up all my time...)

I pray she makes a speedy recovery, and I'm really glad she's going to be alright.
