Praying for local church

Hi people,
I have been going to the local church for months since I moved. It is a small church and is very focused on bible reading. However, the teachers are not up to my expectation in regard to the teaching of bible.
I know I maybe self-centered by thinking that way, but I can't stop worrying about the future of a church if the core members are bogged down by their so-called notion of duty. Giving to the church is not about sacrificing your life and feeling guilty that you didn't donate enough money.
Please pray for the well being of the church, I cannot live with myself if it turned into a rule-following organization that is bend on condemning other's mistake.
