Sick of it

I'm sick of not having a well-paying job. I pray about it, I try to save up money for a NABCEP entry-level certification only to have it "borrowed" by someone, won't name that person. I just had a collection agency call me now I probably won't have a lot of money for 6 weeks, sister still doesn't have a job but has been actively looking and no takers. Sometimes I just want to :bang:

Not too long ago, I got off the phone with collections and now I probably won't have enough money to even pay my tithe for the next 6 weeks. I want to trust God but I'm finding it to be an extremely hard lesson to learn, being a patient guy is even harder. Dealing with customers in the drive thru that can't seem to understand the simplest things, explain in a way we understand what they want, the person in question always promising to return the money (which is now in the thousands), my sister unable to find a job, sometimes unable to put money on my phone so I can stay in contact, and my car is pretty much falling apart cause I can't afford the repairs, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE FROM THIS!?! I just feel like tearing everything apart with my own hands.

I am praying for you. The greatest weapon you have against the enemy is prayer. Just keep praying. I know it's hard. But the hard times make us stronger. God is watching out for you. Really he is. He does have a plan. Just trust in him. Please just hang there. *hugs for you*

Counting your blessings, at least you have a job. Many people would die to have even a low paying job in this economy.
God can make the best out of any situation. Just keep your trust in Him and ask Him to show you why you are where you are and what you can do to glorify Him there. It's hard to know why God puts us in frustrating situations, but take Joseph for an example. He was in prison for a very long time and he didn't even do anything to deserve it. I mean, even though he got a job in prison, I can guarantee it wasn't his dream job or even a great paying one (if at all). But he still kept his faith in God and God worked through him to help others and bless him as well.

So, long story short, step back, breathe, and take a hard look at your situation and give it all to God. He knows your struggles and knows exactly what you need when you need it. Rely on Him and don't worry about the future.

Midknight74012 06:47 - just got off the phone with my dad
Midknight74012 06:48 - said his church could use someone like me to help them not to mention he is going to help me become financially responsible
Midknight74012 06:48 - and letting me live with him till I can move out into an apartment of my own, saying that he can pay the down payment which I will have to pay back in full no interest, yay
Midknight74012 06:49 - also finding a job till I have the education I need to be the solar panel installer I want to be
Midknight74012 06:49 - my main concern is how will my mother take this?

My mom borrows all that money I mentioned, isn't really supportive when it comes to finances, isn't financially responsible herself but I still love her and care for her. I don't want anything bad happening to her and I not be there to help her. I'm leaning towards doing this but I will worry about her like crazy.

Update: My mother did not take the news very well.

Well, we just now go into a heated discussion which resulted with a broken door frame, a hole in the wall, and a beat up hand.

Hey. We talked about this last night. Best you can do is pray and be patient. I understand your mom's not happy with the impending decisions, but it's wiser to leave it in God's hands rather than to force the issue. Praying for you, buddy.
