CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

She was T-boned on the passenger side of the car and swung her car around into another car and just got out of the hospital just a few hours ago and is now home. Got to talk to her on IM as her cell phone got busted in the accident. Very upset with herself and hurting from the accident.

The car that she was driving was a family member's car that they let her use, since her car brakes failed a few weeks ago.

She is also getting blame for the accident and may get a ticket for it, but will not know until Monday.

I talk to her and from what I got it was not her fault at all. She was making a left turn, sitting in the middle of the intersection and the light turned yellow, and all the oncoming traffic was stopping, so she made her turn. At the last moment someone decides he doesn't want to stop and speeds up into the intersection (he would have run the red) and smashed into the passenger side of the car. The officer told her that since she started going even though it was yellow it is technically her fault.

After looking at the pictures, its a good thing that I was still here in Ga at the time and not in Ill with her. I could have been in the passenger side of the car and its good that no one else was with her as well.

She very exhausted and in a lot of pain. Having problems just getting up is hard for her.

It maybe a week or two, before she fully over it. But she thanking God how she was not hurt worst.

Just a bit mad they are trying to pinning it on her for the accident.

I been meaning to give everyone an update. I visit her in Chicago on the first week of Jan. She was doing a lot better and was only a little sore.

Also, it looks like she will not be ticketed at all as well.

In 2007, two fellow students and friends of mine in my small Christian school class passed away due to their car also being T-boned, and then the other car's driver tried to press charges.
Never forget to cherish your girlfriend and praise God that since she is still with us and He kept her from harm that day. She has been blessed for sure that she's still alive, it's great to hear she's doing well and that she won't be ticketed. I'll pray she feels totally better if she isn't already.
