OUCH! My back...

T_T Please pray for my back. Basically, my school had this thing going on in the buildings this past Friday so we couldn't go to our lockers. We had to carry all of our stuff with us... And therefore, it strained my back a bit. It hasn't gotten better since. I think I must have thrown it out. I have this class I have to take which requires me to do back muscular exercises, too. :-/ I guess I'll have to have a talk with my teacher about this... but I don't want to fall behind.

Ouch. I know how ya feel.

My karate instructor used to say that sometimes it's better to sit out one or two classes than to push the problem, making it worse and and sit out for a month.

Will pray for da back. :)
