CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Alright, Im sorry to bother you guys with having to pray another prayer, but Id be nice if you guys could pray for this. It's a selfish prayer I know, but Id really wish this to work out.

Okay, so I've applied and done everything I need to enter into this Christian university that I really want to go to. However, Im afraid the financial burden will be too much from all the loan debt I will be in. Im still in the waiting period to see if I can go to the University. If I can go, I will have to work my butt off to stay. So I want you guys to pray over this situation that God will give me an answer as to what He wants me to do. I do not know if He wants me to go, but I think that if He has allowed me to go this far that maybe I can go to MAC U.

So please pray if you have the time!

I want to go to Bible college some day as well \o.o/ Both of my parents went, and they can attest that the fee is considerably higher ^___^ The two I think I'd really want to go to are both bigger and more expensive. So, yes, the fees are definitely higher. I'll pray that you will be able to attend and afford MAC U, and that you'll enjoy it without having to worry a whole bunch about the money. Or, if God has another plan for you, that all will be well.

Thanks. It's just that I wonder why Bible colleges cost an arm and a leg to get in. I hope maybe we will be able to afford it to where I can at least make the minimum monthly loan payments.

I have to take two placement tests on Saturday so if you could pray for that, then thanks!

They are Music Theory and Computer. Ive taken piano for the last 9 years, so the Music Theory placement test shouldn't be too difficult. Also Ive take Microsoft Office last year which may help me on the Computer test.

Anyway, this week I have to get my immunizations(Apparently the ones I got in 6th grade don't cut the mustard. Oh well.). That will be fun.

Yah, the immunization are for things like Meningitis, which is pretty serious if you aren't vaccinated :/ For some reason, living in close quarters with other people in dormitories seem to make the risk for the disease higher.

Well, it's coming up more quickly than I thought!! August the 14th is beginning of Orientation(It's like a weekend thing where you shift into college) and I still need to buy my books. I would buy them(Or start the process of buying them) if I could figure out the sixth class I'll be taking(Im going to receive an e-mail on classes available.). It's frustrating because I need to buy them soon.

Why do I need to take 6 classes? Because I need 16 credit hours of classes to receive financial aid. It's going to be tough, but I'll actually be able to go to a Christian College! Oh Im so exicited, but also incredibly nervous!

And last I still need to shop for a lot of stuff. Today I bought a mini-refrigerator for my half of the dorm room(Still haven't found out who is my roommate yet, though.) and later going to buy a small microwave.

I still have to go to a dentist appointment tomorrow and get a meningitis shot later on.

Can you guys remain praying for me? It's really helped! I can see it is going to work out.

Oh and also for my drive to MACU. It will take me 2 1/2 hours on the road which will be the longest I have ever driven in one setting.

Ok, I got all my stuff together and Im ready to load everything up for travel. I leave for college tomorrow.

Ok, Im in my second week of college, and it is tough. I don't know if I've ever read as much as I have in these two weeks. I used to be a night person who'd go to bed at 1 or so, but now for me that is unheard of! I always feel soooooo tired at night now and I can only think that the workload is going to get worse. I don't know if I will be on CAA that much anymore. I mean, I may be on for a few minutes and such, but there will be no chatting much anymore. All I'm asking is that you guys pray some more for me.

Oh yeah, I heard somewhere that chewing gum can help keep a person alert (there are a few negative side effects, so it's only for an occasional night). I just remembered tonight and thought it might be worth mentioning.
