First, the good news. I can say Ive had some great growth in my walk in the last 6 months. I can really start to feel the presence of God in my life, and the whole creation! And I even now feel COMPELED to help un-saved people. Something Ive never done.
Ive been lonely, in love and in general, but I have a handful of people I can freely talk to now. Mainly...one guy.
We have alot in common, games, anime, girls, ect. Cept in one thing.
I found him randomly while at work. Our first conversation started as a joke. We found we both have the SAME exact sense of humor!
Blah, blah blah. Eventually we knew each other enough to talk about "Religion" (I hate that word!). About that time I started wearing a Cross, and out of my own free will, and it got us talking.
He asked me about it, and I freely told him my belief. He listened, and respected what I said, saying "Thats cool, man". No slander, no scoffing. I felt great. But I didnt stop there. I asked him what he believes....I was shocked.
....I still dont know where to start..I can truely say Ive never seen such a strangly lost guy...started wicken, became Christian, became mentally "psycotic" from it, from what he said, then kinda made his "Own" religion based off oh his nickname, where he is kind of a god, because he has psycick powers....I dont know..
Please, this guy needs DESPERATE prayer! Hes a cool guy, and we could calmly debate my faith and his religion openly, but I dont seem to be going anywhere!

I think it's good to keep talking to him and to keep being his friend. That will really speak strongly for your faith and he'll want to know more about it. This happened with one of my friends in high school and it was a really good experience for both of us.

Im sure he's seen it already, but you, as a Christian, is emitting a light. I also agree with what everybody else has about staying his friend. If you drop him as a friend, he won't think anything else about Christianity. You NEED to be his friend now and pray for him(As you are already doing.). Basically hang tight and continue to show him the Christian that you are. This is when he will see the Holy Spirit(Who is the inner light in all of us.) and may come to his senses. Im not sure if it will work, but it can't hurt to try. Now this doesn't mean to do things you as a Christian would never do, set your limits. He will see these limits and may mimic them. He may also ask you why you do the things you do, this is when you could provide Scriptural truth to him. Within time he may come around or he may not. It will take time, but stay with him.
Im praying.
EDIT: Woah, I need to add something. Know that it is not you who are leading him to Christ, but it is the Holy Spirit. All you are is the instrument through which He is using to talk to your friend. He is speaking through your words. Know that you may be his only hope to finding salvation. Even if he doesn't accept it now, he may remember it later on. The Holy Spirit convicts everyone, but it is up to that person to make the decision whether he/she will accept the gift.

Update:...hes gone. He up and moved to a different state. I no longer have direct contact with him, cept for internet and phone, and I hate talking on the phone. I feel like a failure with him, and yet he was just sooo consumed with how "logical" and "common sense" it was. How all religions are false, how they conflict, sepcially Christianity, and how science proves it wrong, and how hipocritical it is with The Crusades and all...
I HATE Satan and his deception!
He WAS Christian, according to him, but then he got into Wiccen. Ive actually been seeing a HUGE connection with the occult and peoples mentalitys towards Christianity. It COMPLETELY perverts it!

Update..not much has changed..but
One day I was actually getting to the heart of how he feels about Christians. Hypocrits who get something they dont deserve, that he should at least live life to help others, unlike those Christians, even if it means he goes to hell.
So, I really went and said somthing I knew he needed to hear, something I felt the Holy Spirit say through me.
Hes right.
Thats what Christianity is: a free gift of life for undeserving scum, in more words than that. "For God so loved the world..."...that says alot. Of course theres going to be hypocrates, and the world is going to embelish them more than the better examples. Thats what the evening news is for.
It was only a few txts, but I can tell i hit a few buttons, as he started cussing more than usual, that he doesnt believe that B--- S---.
But what I almost smiled at, is later his friend said "he has been acting "strange" since that happened". I may have actually said somthing that spoke to him. I havent spoken to him much at all since, but when we did, it was in a humorous way, so hes not mad at me.
I pray that God will continue to work in his heart.
