Prayer Please

I think I had a complete nervous breakdown yesterday and now I think I am on the verge of another one because I had to give my son up for adoption and it's tearing me apart in every way
My heart genuinely hurts, I know you guys can't do more than pray but I would appreciate it if you did

You should call his adopted parents to see how he's doing
It'll bring you comfort to know how he's doing
Even if it hurts to do so.. It'll show that you care ^__^
