Asthma

I'm sorry for making another thread. It seems like all I do is take.

But I do need prayer. I've been having an asthma exacerbation this weekend --lots of coughing and wheezing. My inhaler works for about 10 minutes then it goes back to where it was before.
My chest really hurts tonight and it feels heavy. I'm going to call the campus health center in the morning and try to get an appointment. It's just really hard to get one now that they have this new system --now you can reserve an appointment far in advance --before, you could only make it a day in advance. Now it's really hard to get in because the appointments are usually full even if I call at 8 am on a Monday morning.
Pray that I can get an appointment. I really need a breathing treatment and I can't wait 4-5 days for one. Pray also that I can rest tonight --had a hard time sleeping last night.
Thank you! I feel like such a whiner, but I appreciate your prayers...

Praying for you! You aren't a whiner! I hope you are able to rest and are able to get an appointment. Take care :)

God,

Please heal Sheenar's lungs. Thank you!
Amen

Side Note: My grandma had Asthma too. Sounds like you may wish to get a Nebulizer. (Perhaps there might be some program to help you get one.) Especially since its becoming so hard to make appointments with the clinic for you. It's like a small portable breathing treatment thingy.

I went to the doctor and he said my lungs actually sound pretty good. He gave me some prednisone to take and a new prescription for my inhaler.
So I'll be ok. Thank you guys for praying.
