Friends losing faith

Postby Gala » Thu Nov 01, 2007 8:57 pm

I have several of my friends around the college losing or questioning their faith. Please pray for them and for me as they come to me for help as they have been doing.
Always find time in your day to rejoice for something the Lord has done for you... even if it is just the miracle of getting up every morning.

Will be praying...From what I've heard, it sounds like a lot of Christians renounce their beliefs when they get to college...Not saying that college is bad, but it is a scary stastic......Keep the faith....your not alone in this fight....

It can indeed be a very scary environment. I'll be praying both for them and for you as you minister to them.

I don't know if I am qualify to pray for anyone, especially since I cannot even deal with my own. It is weird to see that people are losing faith in college. In my university, there are many Christian clubs and people actively doing bible study, which contradicts the statistics, assuming the people I met are qualified as random.

I can really relate, Gala. Try to continue to be there for them. It's great that you communicate openly. I will pray that God guides you in your interactions with them.

(SnEptUne, any Christian is fully qualified to pray. Sometimes we need others to help us deal with our own problems because in the midst of them we have trouble dealing. God accepts any sincere prayer.)

look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!â€
