I am discerning what to do about probably quitting my job. I will elaborate more later if desired.

Perhaps elaboration would help us better understand your current situation. Well, the best advice i can offer is talk with God about it. Like, if something about your job is morally bothering you, or even God is telling you to quit, high-tail it out of there, but if the job is just seeming stressfull at the moment, I'd say perhaps it would be better to hang in there. I'll pray you find the answer.

It's been stressful for a for a little while. I just don't care about doing my best at it any more. I come home on Thursday and would rather get some semblance or organization in my room but I have to get ready for work. If I worked on Friday instead, I get off 14 hours after my class started. I don't want to work both Saturday and Sunday. I'm behind in some of my school work and will have two papers or 15 pages of writing due at the end of the semester. I'm not getting the grade I want in my econ class. This is my last semester where I know for sure I am in school full-time and I will graduate with an A.S. this Spring.

Hmm, I see. Well, I'd say this is definitely a topic worthy of some time with the Lord. I can understand how you feel about not being quite as into it as you once were. kinda like you're being cheated out of some good time. And if it's hurting your grades, you have to give those high priority. But still, I'm most young and can't give the best advice here. Pray about it, and IMO, grades would make a good reason to quit. There are other jobs. Just don't make any snap decisions.

I understand why you want to work, but it's not worth having your grades suffer.

Pray about it. Maybe quitting the job is the way out, maybe not. I'll still be praying.

Hm, praying for it all and the decisions you decide to make...

Thanks. I'm just going to turn in my two week notice when I go to work later today.
