Prayer!
I need your prayers now. My belly is very upset and I already have to miss school on the due date of a project in science. Lemme tell you this:throwing up is NOT fun. Got any remedies? Just took some Pepto Bismol and feeling better already. Anyway I just REALLY need prayer that I can feel better and that my grades won't suffer. God bless and expect to see a lot of me until this virus or whatever goes away.

Water, hot soup, and rest. Eat stuff that's light on your tummy. Avoid dairy products.

This. For things that are even lighter that should help: crackers and ginger ale, along with ice chips. I know that even soup can upset mine when I have a serious stomach bug.

Ok. I'm hungry now. I may eat some crackers---will the salt on the ritz/saltines hurt my tummy? I would eat some Jello---that's really easy to hold down and tasty---but Mommy is not making it today because it takes too long.
Sad that I need to avoid the computer today to avoid getting it all germy---I'm already germing up my phone posting here but I really needed prayers. But yeah, after those few hours of deep sleep I feel so much better, I mean, I have an appetite compared to earlier when I couldn't even hold down Pepto Bismol, so thanks for the prayers and advice!!! God bless you all
