Truck was broken into

Postby ShiroiHikari » Sun Feb 27, 2011 12:18 pm

Last night several vehicles in our parking lot were broken into, including ours. They didn't steal anything from us but they did break the window, the door, and my fricking FM transmitter of all things. Pretty sure there's rain coming in today too, to add insult to injury. We just really didn't need this right now. Well, we didn't need it at any time, but now is a pretty bad time.

That stinks. I don't understand why people feel the need to do such things. I'll be praying for you.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Praying! That's awful, and definitely not something anyone should have to deal with! D: I'm glad to hear they didn't steal anything, though!

I managed to fix the door on my own so it shuts fine now, but...I don't know what we're going to do if our insurance won't pay for the window repair. Stick it on the credit card and forget about it I guess. -_-

of course i'll pray that the insurance will pay for it...but i was also trying to think of solutions for that broken window...maybe some clear plastic bags taped up to the window would work for now? lemme know how you fixed the problem. i'm curious.

But if you just get to work, something will occur to you and something else will occur to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction. I have this clear stuff that I'm going to tape over the window area, and I think that will work okay. It might become permanent if we can't pay to get the window fixed! -_-

Aw, I'm so sorry. In least by the time we finally got my dad's truck back after it was stolen it was still in one piece. He lost all his keys and a lot of personal information, but he didn't have to spend a crapload of money. I'll be praying this situation gets better for you.
