Saw dentist today....

I had my first dentist appt....

....in a decade!.....


I had this incredible ache at the left side of my lower jaw since Nov 1st and I ran the gamut of theories and also "bombed the heck" out of it with Ambesol, then one time with rubbing alcohol then salt then baking soda....and aspirin the whole time.

Went in for checkup today at this place around the corner and got x-rayed and examined and the thing was that before my last dentist died (he died after my last visit) he did say that my wisdom tooth wouldn't be coming in right if it ever came in...

Well it came in...erupted...and was impacting the molar in front of it...causing a cavity and both those teeth....are decaying. I'm making an appt with an oral surgeon...had to get my aunt involved due to her having legal guardianship especially since I'd have to come back after the surgery for a cleaning and filling involving a pretty high bill...

Ouch! I've heard stories where people didn't see the dentist for a long time and Had problems like this...I'll Be Praying!!

Made appt for the surgeon on Monday hate choosing between pain+discomfort and being more uglier than I already am
