Battling with Depression
Hey, guys. I'll just cut to the chase. For the past week or two i've been battling with depression. It's not just like sadness, or feeling bummed cuz I had a bad day at work, it's.... like an empty feeling. On the outside my life is actually going well, but then this depression will creep in. Like, I'll be at school or work or excercising, and I'll feel darn good, then suddenly I'll hit a major low. I'll start thinking and worrying about stuff. A few nights I've just broken down and cried. That's really not normal for me. And then I'll be feeling okay, and then I'll hit the low, rinse and repeat. I haven't felt this low in years. Prayer is appreciated. Thanks, guys.

To answer your question, Reon, yes and no. I've still been having some tough bouts, but now I'm pretty sure I've nailed what's causing my depression. Actually, I think I've known exactly why I've been depressed for a while now, I've just been in denial as to the reason. If anyone is curious feel free to pm me. This is gonna be hard for a little while longer, but I think once I change some things I'll be back on the way to my normal self.
