Need a better job!

Okay, I work twelve hours a week. My employer wants me to get my metrics up. But at the same time, they cut my hours. How can I get my metrics up if they don't give me an oppertunity ?

I don't know what to do. I need a better job ASAP.

Yes, I did ask. The store wants to make money, and since I can't help them do that, they cut my hours.
