For the past 4 months, I have had a lot of pain and inflammation in my left big toe from an ingrown toenail. Awful. Been following a strict treatment regiment from my doctor, but no change. Since it's still not getting any better, the nail has to go --on Tuesday morning. Shots in the toe and everything. Yuck. But at least it'll finally be able to heal.
All this because I cut my toenail the wrong way...
Please pray for me. It really hurts and it's been a bit harder to get around the last few days. I know it probably sounds stupid to pray for a toe, but it's affecting the way I walk --which isn't good --because this is the same foot I had surgery on in January --and I need to be able to walk correctly.
Also, I have a presentation in my ASL (sign language) class on Monday --please pray that I will not procrastinate and that I would take the time to properly prepare. I'm kind of nervous about being able to keep it within 4-6 minutes.
I'm feeling better. Still a bit sad, but hopeful --I know God has a plan and I'm okay with not knowing it. I have 10 months to pray and see where God is leading me after graduation --so, plenty of time.

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
