i've been very depressed for the past few days now. i suddenlly break oit crrying during school for almost no reason and i can't control it. My friends and boyfriend have been tring to help me but I can't. I've just been an emotional wreck. I'm not entirely sure whats causing it. but tomorrow is the 1 year anniversery of my uncles death and i think maybe that's somehow affecting me.I just don't know what to do anymore...I've been praying but i feel so lost now...please i don't understand why i'm so upset and i need your prayer.

One thing to know, is that things like that can randomly happen to us girls during "sensitive emotional times" where hormones can sometimes be to blame (if you know what I mean). Even I have become an emotional wreak during those times and just end up feeling sad etc for almost no reason at all. Maybe it's related too, since it's been for a few days? *shrugs* Either way, I'll be praying...

oh no tenshi i'm on the oppisite side of of that time right now. but i know about and i usually don't get this upset whaen that comes around.
