I could sure use some prayers right now. I've been having some issues with depression and anxiety lately. Nothing I need professional help with, but just been feeling that way in general lately. It really has taken the fun out of day to day happenings. I tend to let things get to me. Even if they are stupid, they just tend to pile up. One bad thing about having a good memory is that it is hard to let stuff go. Some people that have read some of my posts/chats know what I'm talking about. The sad thing is, I have so much to be thankful for, my wife, my son, my job, and finding this board. I could go on, but for some reason, I just feel emotionally sluggish.

We all have times where life just gets to us. I encourage you try to give your burdens up to the Lord; God will carry them for you. In the meantime, try to focus on the blessings you mentioned. I find that a session of sincere praise to God always does me good.
